So, Star Wars Battlefront is out, and by all accounts it’s a fun game with a lot of disappointment lurking in the negative space EA obviously plans to fill out with their 50 dollar season pass. But, there is still a lot of love for the franchise (there better, if it’s going to ship 13 million copies) and people are still having a grand time blasting each other to oblivion… maybe a little too much fun, as it turns out, as a YouTuber Flynn Moloney recorded himself accidentally discovering a game-breaking glitch that renders you immortal and immune to damage for all types.

Check it out:

"Game glitched hard and I became invincible. A better player could have probably hit double figures, it's pretty clear I'm a beginner. Somehow turned invincible after my 12th death during a multiplayer match and ended up going 55-12. I saw the laser shots hitting me but I didn't take any damage. Next game was back to normal."

As best as the user can figure, it happened to the way he crashed his ship--a common enough occurrence that if that alone was the culprit EA would have probably seen it in internal testing. But, still, if you’re looking for a way to cheese the game, it’s a great place to start--just get in a ship and throw yourself into the ground until you either stumble onto the method or fate gives it to you out of sheer pity.

But hey--a lot of the best things in life are gotten through pity. So don’t diss it.
