Overall, the schedule of food trucks is packed, except for that one hour in between 4 and 5pm. But you're likely looking for a closer look at each truck, aren't you? Well, let's examine each food truck and their offerings:

Soul Good

Soul Good (or Soulgood) is a food establishment that focuses on organic, healthy fast food without any guilt. They offer only vegan and vegetarian menu options, so if you fall into either categories, Soul Good is the perfect options.

Examples of what you'll find at Soul Good are organic breakfast tacos, organic oatmeal, fruit, dressed soy dogs, Italian Po'Boys (vegan Italian sausage), vegan cupcakes, and more.

Easy Slider

Easy Sliders offer delicious burgers in miniature form. In fact, one of its sliders, The Sweet & Lowdown (Angus beef, bacon, goat cheese, and strawberry jam), was featured in Zagat's 2014 Top 10 Burgers in Dallas. Other offerings include The Classic, The Nutty Pig (generally burger with peanut butter), The Roadside (BBQ intensified), The Baby Bella (for vegetarians), and The Green Chili.

You can have these babies with a side of Zapp's potato chips.

Bobaddiction

Need a drink? How about some milk teas or fruit drinks? Well, Bobaddiction has got ya covered! Bobaddiction offers a variety of milk and fruit teas. If you're lactose-intolerant, you can always opt for lactose-free milks in your milk teas. If you're unsure of any flavors, Bobaddiction will offer a free sample.

Drinks featured are: classic milk tea, taro milk tea, jasmine milk tea, Vietnamese coffee, Thai tea, almond milk tea, mango green tea, passion fruit green tea, lychee green tea, strawberry black tea, honeydew milk tea, and coconut milk tea.

Not Just Q

Not Just Q is a BBQ food truck that offers a simple menu. You can purchase tacos or sandwiches filled with pulled pork, chicken, sausage, and brisket. You'll also have the options of 1/3 rack of ribs or nachos. Sides include smoked pit beans, cheesy corn, Latin slaw, and potato salad.

Nammi

Nammi offers Vietnamese fusion meals at its food truck. You can choose between Banh Mi, a Vietnamese sub sandwich featuring 12" baguettes stuffed with garlic mayonnaise, cucumbers, pickled daikons and carrots, jalapenos, cilantro, and your choice of BBQ pork, grilled pork, lemongrass chicken, or Vietnamese veggie tofu.

You can also select a Nammi noodle bowl, which includes steamed vermicelli noodles with shredded romaine lettuce, cucumbers, pickled daikons and carrots, jalapenos, cilantro, and your choice of meat. Drinks and sides include fresh basil mint lemonade, Vietnamese iced coffee, Asian drinks, and fresh shrimp chips or potato chips.

Tutta's Pizza

Tutta's Pizza is your pizza go-to, and while they offer 8" personal pizzas, they also offer salads.

But honestly, you're here for the pizza, aren't you?

Well, Tutta's Pizza offers the following:
  • Smokey Pig, which includes pulled pork, bacon, mozzarella cheese, and Tutta's signature BBQ sauce.
  • Hot Chick, featuring smoked chopped chicken, bacon, chopped serrano peppers, mozzarella cheese, and Tutta's signature BBQ sauce.
  • Texan, which consists of smoked chopped brisket, sliced pepperoncini peppers, sliced red onions, mozzarella cheese, and Tutta's signature BBQ sauce.
  • Durty Dough, featuring smoked pulled pork, chicken, brisket, bacon, chopped serrano peppers, mozzarella cheese, and Tutta's Signature BBQ sauce.
  • Medi, which includes sun-dried tomatoes, marinated artichoke hearts, fresh basil, crumbled feta cheese, mozzarella cheese, and basil pesto sauce.
  • Pepperoni, which includes pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, and Tutta's signature pizza sauce.
  • Cheese, which is self-explanatory.
  • The Truck Salad, which features tasty field greens, grape tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese, dried cranberries and your choice of dressing.
Hopefully you'll find this list helpful, but be sure to fill up on food and maintain hydration! Most importantly, have fun at QuakeCon, ya'll!
