PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds is the type of game that you always want to be recording, but depending on your PC setup, it's not always an easy or convenient thing to do. Sometimes, running a program in the background can severely impact the performance of your game, and other times, you either just can't be bothered, or forget altogether.
Nothing's worse than getting a long-awaited and well-deserved chicken dinner or a hilarious clip soon after realizing that you weren't recording. Now, PUBG will be getting a Nvidia Shadowplay feature that will automatically record chicken dinners, knockouts, and kills.
Bluehole Studios just announced at Gamescom that this new highlight feature brought to us by Nvidia ShadowPlay will provide players with a much easier, and convenient way to always capture their best in-game moments to share with the world. Once in-game, you can navigate to the settings and select the "Nvidia ShadowPlay Highlights" option. When you load into a lobby, the game will ask you whether or not you want to activate Nvidia ShadowPlay for the match you are about to start.
Saving your best kills and victories has never been easier unless of course, you have an AMD video card. Then you're pretty much screwed. So much for PC equality right? Hopefully, AMD Relive will include a similar feature for PUBG in the near future.
Check out how this new highlight feature will work in-game:
