There are a few franchises that come to mind when discussing Sega. Sonic, of course, comes up between bouts of uncontrollable sobbing. People will mention Shenmue if they're the pretentious type. Hell, someone's even bound to bring up Super Monkey Ball. One series we may tragically neglect to mention are the Yakuza games.

Do not try this at home.

Imagine you did a really awesome thing in high school. Whether it be a speech for class office, an epic protest of unfair testing, or even getting laid in the janitor's closet. Regardless, think of something really amazing, something you're proud of. Now, imagine that nobody ever talks about it. Sure, people appreciate it. If you bring it up, they'll smile and give you a wicked high-five. But when they talk about you, they don't lead with that. They talk about how you wore that fedora for three years or how you cried at the end of Brian's Song. If you're Sega, you don't have to imagine. Yakuza is your awesome thing. I say this because this trailer has gotten hardly any attention, but it should! Just look at it. It's insane, brutal, eccentric fun! Why haven't we been talking about this? More tragically, why won't we start talking about this, even now? Anyway, hopefully, it won't be fully forgotten by its PS4 release in early 2017.
