So it has finally happened. The Xbox Scorpio has been officially unveiled, albeit under a different name. We're talking the Xbox One X.
Why X? Because X makes everything sound cooler. The X may as well be the equivalent to freakin' bacon.
As far as the specs go, the Xbox One X comes equipped with 6 Tflops of power, a GPU clocked at 1,172 Ghz, and 12GB of GDDR5 memory. Oh, and we can't forget about the 326GB of memory bandwidth
Because of this power, you'll experience true 4K. High dynamic range, wide color gamut, 4K UHD Blu-ray playback, and 8 million pixels. Doesn't that sound amazing? And if you don't have a 4K television or monitor, you'll be happy to know that the system enables super sampling, which improves 1080p output.
And as far as form goes, the system comes with a liquid-cooled vapor chamber. Furthermore, the Xbox One X also happens to be the smallest Xbox ever. And what about compatibility? From the start, all Xbox One games and accessories will work with Xbox One X. Furthermore, you can download Xbox 360 and original Xbox games onto the system. Oh and here's the intro trailer;
The Xbox One X will launch on November 7 for $499. Are you excited for the system?
