The Xbox One, of course, has a lot of advantages over the PS4, just as the PS4 has a few edges over the Xbox One. Well, Sony has enjoyed success over the Xbox One for as long as the two systems have been out, but for people still behind the current-gen console wave who are looking to finally catch up with the Joneses, they may have a new console of choice... at least, if they're shopping on a budget.

The Xbox One just got another rather hefty price drop, going all the way down to $250, or the price of the Wii when it first came out ten years ago. This new, cheaper console will include the usual bundle of the God of War: Ultimate Edition, Quantum Break, and the Name your Game bundle.

However, this price drop, like all things, is temporary, and will only be around as long as the initial run of Xbox Ones are out before they're replaced by the brand-new Xbox One S, which will jack things up to $399 once more.

So, if you're looking for a cheap, technically next gen console, now is your chance to help Microsoft empty its stock so it can make room for the next-current gen of consoles.
