Warframe is a great example of a strong Free-to-Play game, as it lacks what we hate most about some F2P game: you really only pay for cosmetics, but the game itself plays beautifully and carries a captivating aesthetic capable of surprassing plenty of AAA games.
Well, this successful game will continue to boast its achievements by unleashing a big reveal at PAX East, held at Boston on March 6th.
...Unless it's about canceling the game. But I highly doubt that, because the developers could just plaster the announcement on their home page.
Digital Extremes will be hosting a community fan event there as well as hosting a livestream called TennoLive 2015. 250 fans that have won the random drawing will be able to join them at Tennolive.
We can certainly look forward to the reveal of new gameplay, new content, and the future direction of the game. For those that will not be able to attend the event in person, Digital Extremes have set up a Twitch stream, which can be accessed here.
You can also check out the TennoLive page.
If you haven't played Warframe, it is highly recommended, especially since it's a F2P game. The action and combat is nonstop and engrossing, and will keep plenty of players busy for hours. To really gauge how good this game is, there are people that have clocked in at over 1500 hours.
