Keep talking and nobody explodes!

Sounds like a weird threat, doesn't it? Well, the phrase isn't a threat so much as the basis of the VR party game titled Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes!

Yes, a party game featuring virtual reality. To clarify, the aim of the game is to disarm a ticking time bomb with a room full of experts. One player disarms, whereas the rest of the room are the bomb experts, providing instructions on disarming the explosive. However, there's a catch that is considerably more cost effective (in terms of purchasing VR headsets): no one but the bomb defuse specialist can see the bomb. The experts are fortunately given a downloadable bomb defusal manual with instructions, but they must explain said instructions to the disarming specialist within a time limit. After all, like with many bombs, time in Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes is everyone's adversary.

Though made specifically for Gear VR, the Oculus Rift Development Kit 2 will support this title at launch. However, if you don't have access to a VR set, you can still play the game.

With the power to test communication skills and possible friendships, to challenge with procedurally-generating rounds, and to wield the ability to play locally, this game would be hard to pass up as party fodder.

If Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes sounds like a fun way to enjoy a party, you can always pick up the title on Steam October 8, 2015. The game does sound awesome, especially with certain twists, i.e. add a drinking factor to the game.
