Capcom is making room for Urien to join the Street Fighter V cast. As on par with their DLC release schedule, the new character will be available soon. Maybe Capcom thinks that if they release enough DLC, the player base will flock back. Regardless, Urien is far from the last addition to the game. To commemorate the occasion, a nifty launch trailer accompanies the news.
Not everyone can pull off that suit.
The most noticeable chance is that Urien keeps his suit on in the trailer. Those who have stuck with the series after Street Fighter 2 will remember that he used to fight nearly naked. Don't worry, though. There's no doubt you can get a hold of that skin for Urien. You'll just probably have to dole out more money for it.
