Upcoming GTA 5 Mod Puts you in Space

by The modders of the GTA 5 community never cease to innovate and amaze. A new upcoming GTA mod that takes players into space, deemed "Grand Theft Auto Space" takes things to a whole other level. Space that is.
The trailer gives us a taste of what the mod will be like, but so far, we can look forward to a Mars rover, alien invasion, and a pretty badass looking American spacecraft suitable for the president himself. Or in this case, good old gun toting Astronauts. If you've always thought that the options available GTA 5 were limited because of the lack of inter-galactic space travel for some reason, then this Mod is an unexpected gift from heaven.
There's no official release date for the mod at this point in time, but if you're fully invested, you can keep up to date on the forums.
