Unboxing gifts of any type can be sweet and fun for recipients... the most time. You often receive many gifts that are bound to bring a smile to your face. But then sometimes there are gifts that you don't care nearly as much about...

Like socks, underwear, deodorant--you know, the embarrassing, cruddy, probably-need-but-don't-want items. But in reference to the former, Prospect Games plans to bring to all good little boys and girls something to Unbox--a surprise that's sure to make many smile.

Recently Greenlit, Unbox features physics-based platforming, and people are in love with the concept. The title earned 7,390 'Yes' votes and 516 followings in just two weeks of its appearance on Steam.

To celebrate the awesome news of Unbox's success, the developers--Prospect Games--released a video thanking the fans that brought the game to fruition onto Steam. You can catch the video below:

For Europeans interested in checking this game out, Unbox will be available at the Play Expo in Manchester between October 10-11, 2015. Those that are able to attend will be able to try out the multiplayer modes and exploration-based single player. Of course, if you're more interested in how to break into the games industry and start your own business, you can always attend the Indie Panel at the expo, featuring Andrew Bennison, Managing Director at Prospect Games. For now, if you're absolutely intrigued by what the game has to offer, you can check out the Greenlight trailer below:

And well, it looks amazingly awesome. I can see why it scored so many fans on Steam.
