Anything regarding the game in question remains as speculation. So let's speculate!
The hiring phase is one of the earliest phases in game development. So unless they had a narrative designer leave and are looking to replace them, this likely means we are a few years away from hearing about this game officially.
The listing says "one of Ubisofts greatest IPs," which could be anything really. Ubisoft has been around for decades, having established games like Far Cry, Assassin's Creed, and Rainbow Six.
Virtual reality has some issues with motion sickness (well, simulator sickness, but they're essentially the same). So we can't imagine that an Assassin's Creed VR game would work too well. First person shooters in VR is a very popular choice, though. There are plenty of market examples out there, like Firewall. Combine this fact with the fact that Ubisoft Düsseldorf specifically mentions their work on Rainbow Six Siege, our guess is a Rainbow Six multiplayer VR shooter game.
Though this is just a guess. We don't know anything right now. And odds are we won't hear anything for a good while still.
