Ubisoft has been hurling free games at our screens as part of its Ubi30 celebration every month since June. So far, we've seen the following being offered as freebies: Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, Splinter Cell, Rayman Origins, and The Crew.

Well, for the month of October, Ubisoft will be giving away Beyond Good & Evil. Pretty cool, right? This classic gem, which I haven't personally played and now am giddy to try, will be available on October 12 for the PC.

But there's an additional piece of news that fans of the title should be elated to hear. According to the Beyond Good and Evil Facebook page, Montpellier Studio has confirmed that Michel Ancel and the studio are working on a fresh Beyond Good & Evil title:

If you've been waiting for news about BG&E... well, here you go! We are delighted to confirm that Michel Ancel is currently working with the Ubisoft Montpellier Studio on a new Beyond Good & Evil game.

So are you giddy? Or are you not all that enthused? Let us know in the comments!
