Wah! So much more Crash Bandicoot over the horizon! According to a representative from NECA, which is the manufacturer behind a lot of licensed toys from Contra and Little Big Planet. During an interview at the New York Toy Fair, he declared that Sony is bringing back Crash Bandicoot. This is after mentioning other toys his company made for Sony like God of War and Uncharted.

To quote Randy Faulk of NECA:

"Looking at some of (Sony's) other titles, I see they're bringing Crash Bandicoot back."

Well, according to Pixel Dynamo, there are some weight and credibility to the statement. Earlier in the interview, Faulk mentioned how often he has to keep the NECA's projects a secret because he sometimes knows more about a gaming developer's and publisher's plans before the public finds out. He also states that he "overshare(s) sometimes but can occasionally keep his mouth shut." So perhaps the Crash Bandicoot statement was a hiccup on his part. Either way, more and more news are starting to spread about Crash's return so let's hope it happens. Maybe, just maybe Activision will give Sony permission and Naughty Dog will be able to craft another gem.
