Touchdown: Armor League Gets a Kickstarter

Has anybody out there ever thought that a game mixing together Madden and Titanfall should be released? Well if you have, you might not have to wait very much longer. The game you've been waiting your entire life for is titled Touchdown: Armor League and it just made its way onto Kickstarter. The game is being developed by Ares Games and they just launched their Kickstarter page on March 27th.

The only difference between this game and Madden is that the games are played in a 6v6 matchup and instead of padding, you are equipped with a weaponized power suit capable of blowing up their pesky defensive line. The suits can be lean and quick for speed and agility, or more bulky and structured to allow for tankiness and mass destruction. You can modify your own suit, but you can't get the best of both worlds so it is very important to gear your team properly for your individual roles.

These suits come with more stats than just speed and hitting power. They also have things like grenades, guns, speed increases, health increases, health regen modifications, and special skills like grappling hooks or AoE ground slams. In my personal opinion, I think this game looks awesome and it shouldn't be hard for the company to reach their $50,000 goal on the Kickstarter page.
