The only thing we see is an animated trailer of the protagonistic alien sowing the seeds of chaos in a suburban town in the 1960s. It concludes with a title card, listing the developers (Black Forest Games), THQ Nordic, the platforms it will be released on (PC, PS4, Xbox One), and a release window of 2020.
For the unabducted, Destroy All Humans! is an open world action-adventure video game from 2008. It was a satire/parody of film and media from the Cold War-era and its treatment toward aliens. In the game, the player controls Furon Cryptosporidium, referred to as Crypto. He is an alien tasked with extracting the DNA from human brains to save his own race.
Destroy All Humans! will release sometime in 2020 for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
UPDATE:
An official Steam page has appeared for the game. It has a variety of in-game screenshots, giving us a look at how the game actually will look. It also has an official description that (more or less) confirms that it is a remake of the original game that also includes bonus content. It does not reveal the price, however.
