This is Reggie Fils-Aime's Last Day at Nintendo of America

He can't wait to relax and play games like Super Mario Odyssey on the Nintendo Switch.

Today is the final day that Reggie Fils-Aime will still be the President of Nintendo of America.

Earlier this year, Reggie announced his plans for retirement, with Head of Marketing Doug Bowser (yea, we know), to take his place as President. The business frontman stated that he would be leaving in good health and good spirits to spend more time with his family and friends. Now on the day of this post, April 15, 2019, is the last day Reggie will be in office.

Reggie won the hearts of thousands of gamers through his many appearances in Nintendo Directs, Promotional Videos, and comedic skits. From "My Body is Ready" to the Regginator, to the time he told Super Smash Bros Pro Zero that he would "kick his ass", we loved them all.

Want to soak in all of Reggie's happy, encouraging presence? Nintendo's YouTube has a playlist of everything Reggie Fils-Aime. The most recent video is of Reggie and Bowser playing the Guessing Game together.

Best of luck in your retirement, Reggie. You've earned it.
