The latest, however, might help you finally decide whether or not to buy it.
Nintendo has officially confirmed that the Nintendo Switch will not come with Virtual Console Games at launch.
"Virtual Console games will not be available on Nintendo Switch at launch. We will share more information in the future."
While Nintendo hasn't given out any details on the matter, it's been speculated that this decision is based on the new paid-for online subscription that the studio is developing, which will offer both NEW and SNES games every month. Think of it like Nintendo's version of PS+.
In other words, to get access to these games, it is entirely possible you'll have to sign up for a subscription service. For those of you already paying for Xbox Live, and PS+, this might come as unwelcome news.
If this doesn't make things clearer for you, check out the console's unboxing below. Judging from the YouTube comments, opinions vary greatly. Some call it a kindle with a controller, and others are genuinely mesmerized.
Remember the Switch will offer Tabletop, Handheld and Console modes, offering something for everyone. Controllers come in either a fun red and blue, or the sleek gray.
