What can be said about the Last Guardian? According to the majority of games journalists, not much.
It's easy to forget, with how quickly we're approaching the game's final release, that a long time ago, it was feared that this game might never launch: it suffered massive delays, there were rumors that the game was being shut down, and perhaps worst of all, the mastermind behind ICO and The Last Guardian, Fumito Ueda, announced he was quitting team Ico... although he is contractually obligated to finish the game, first. So we don't have to worry about the game lacking his expert touch.
From the trailer itself we can see the game looks way more action oriented than the heavy melancholy of Ico, although slightly less so than the thunderous, booming slaying of titans in Shadow of the Colossus. It's hard to tell from a two minute trailer, but it seems to strike a balance between the two, which should prove interesting.
Beyond that, even Sony doesn't have much to say about the game, and under the YouTube video, had a rather lackluster "Here's the E3 2016 trailer for The Last Guardian." as a description. Riveting stuff.
I guess the game will speak for itself, come October 25th.
