Ah, The King of Fighters is more of a niche fighting series compared to Tekken and Street Fighter, but still quite well-known. In fact, King of Fighters XIV, a PlayStation 4 exclusive, released not too long ago to raving reviews, but several people had a complaint: the graphics.

As of yesterday, that has been addressed by Atlus USA, who released the version 1.10 patch. This long-awaited patch shines a spotlight on upgraded graphics and new color variants.

And boy, does it look good. There are two character color variations added to each character, driving the total number of variations from four to six. Not only that but other fixes have been implemented to improve functionality.

Furthermore, players have the opportunity to grab Athena Asamiya's KOF '98 costume free of charge.

Needless to say and graphically speaking, the game looks so much better.
