The Crew 2 Due to Launch on June 29

We are receiving an onslaught of game-related announcements today - Shadow of the Tomb Raider and Geralt appearing in SoulCalibur VI, for instance - but we have a special one to share with you. So The Crew 2 officially has a release date! 

To be specific, June 29, 2018 on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.

Just a couple of weeks before Octopath Traveler. 

Great.

Either way, Ubisoft Ivory Tower's open-world racing "sequel," which was originally due for release on March 16, was delayed due to the usual: tweaks, optimization, etc.

For those interested in the title or want to know a little more, players will be able to explore the United States and collect a varitey of cars, planes, boats, and bikes with the goal of becoming the best there ever was.

Ubisoft will be releasing an "early access" edition of the title, which costs $110 and will be exclusive to the Ubisoft Store. Dubbed, The Crew 2 Motor Edition, players will also receive:

The Crew 2 Steelbook Gold Edition and season pass, which features vehicles, outfits, and add-on content
The Motorsports Deluxe Pack, which includes special vehicles and outfits, e.g. the 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor
An 11.81" x 5.9" The Crew 2 license plate, a 25" x 20" roadmap, and four badass stickers.

Oh, and of course, there are pre-order bonuses to consider as well. The pre-order bonus is The Crew 2 Legendary Motors Pack, which includes the Mercedes-AMG C 63 Touring Car 2016 and the Harley-Davidson Iron 883TM 2017.
