The Awesome Games Done Quick 2019 live stream has come to a closing. But an entire week's worth of content can be overwhelming. Fortunately for us, Reddit user Kruulos has developed an organized list of some of the best game runs this year.
ADGQ 2019, for those who don't know, is an annual charity live stream where video game speed runners gather together to broadcast their skills for charity donations for an entire week straight. This year, they raised almost $2.4 million for the Prevent Cancer Foundation.
Kruulos has developed not only the best playthroughs to check out, but an expansive list of bonus categories, allowing us to see the best the entire week had to offer.
The start off by recommending the Crypt of the Necrodancer: Amplifies playthrough. This particular run was more challenging, as the player imposed a self-restriction to never take damage, never upgrade their gear, and never miss a beat. To make it even harder, the world is randomly generated and the tempo is doubled, making for some constantly fast-paced and perfect gameplay. It'll be hard to keep up with how chaotic it becomes.
Their second place choice is the Sonic the Hedgehog 1 run. They drew special focus on this one not for the insane skills of the player, but for the wholesome and friendly vibe that comes with friends hanging out and having a good time with a game they love.
Neither of those tickles your fancy? Then check out this larger list of game runs.
