An impressive feat for any high school student, for sure.

Sometimes high school students are able to achieve their dream job earlier than expected. That was what happened to Paulina Raguimov, a high school student that struck gold as she rose from the position of production intern to production assistant.

Keep in mind, she was just an ordinary high school student - her grades weren't impressive, and she had no work experience whatsoever. But she earned her internship at 16 years of age with JumpStart, an education game studio, by wooing the studio with her charismatic personality and her extreme passion for video games.

As a production intern, her duties were lackluster. Instead of the dream of being able to play video games all day and enjoy the video game, the responsibilities were far different - Quality assurance required constant, thorough testing in segments of video games in search of bugs.

However, she rose from that position with a single creative idea. Raguimov struggled constantly with her chemistry class, but after a day where she thought of Match-3 type games due to playing Candy Crush, an idea appeared in her mind. At JumpStart, she suggested a game that combined the teachings of chemistry groupings and reactions with the gameplay of a Match-3 game. As a result, Raguimov proudly and energetically led team in the design of the game, "How to Train your Dragon: Alchemy Adventure," and she also constructed levels and videos and GIFs to send to her team of remote programmers.

Because of her idea and influence, Raguimov, now 19, achieved the title of a Game Designer at JumpStart and is now working full time for the studio.

Only a single word can describe the endeavor of this young programmer: Amazing.
