"Steam reps have told us that they no longer allow any information or links to the uncensored patches on steam, so they all had to be removed. We will gradually be updating our own website with info on how to install the patch."
Most members of the community are talking about how unnecessary this new policy is. There is more to it than just "we don't want lewd stuff," however. Steam has held a firm stance on no explicit content to be allowed on Steam for a long time. This is because the rules and regulations of other countries are not as lenient as they may be in the US and the UK. Steam making this new rule to not display ways to bypass this restriction is most likely additional security being taken to ensure that Steam will be able to operate to its best capacity in other countries.
Whether you agree with this decision or not, Steam does not have a history of changing its mind. Now if you are wanting lewd patches to games, you'll have to seek them out on your own.
