Well, that didn't take long! Microsoft just announced that the latest Undead Labs title, State of Decay 2 will launch in the Spring of 2018! So just under a year until we can bash some zombie heads with our friends.
Yeah, that's right, it finally has co-op multiplayer so we can explore that glorious open world with our pals and do it in 4k to boot. The graphics are an upgrade however I wouldn't say they are the best I've seen so far from the new Xbox One X. That might go to Forza 7 but we'll see. Anyway, I've included the State of Decay w E3 trailer below, check it out (Warning: there are some graphic parts).
Aside from bashing heads, we'll be scouring an even larger world and building larger bases it would appear.
