State of Decay 2 Announced, Includes Multiplayer + Trailer

Do you like Zombies? Do you like killing Zombies with friends? Were you a huge fan of the first State of Decay game? Well, my friends, both you and I are in great luck as the much anticipated sequel to State of Decay has been announced along with a trailer!



This has to be one of my favorite if not my favorite (Left 4 Dead is close) Zombie killing game but my biggest gripe playing through it is that the first State of Decay was completely absent of a multiplayer component.  While this took nothing away from the quality of the game mechanics, graphics or story, it did leave you quite a bit lonely trucking along in that post-apocalyptic world of flesh eating monsters.  So yes, multiplayer is confirmed! What that will consist of? Probably some form of co-op play or maybe, just maybe it will be Open World? We'll see...

So beyond the obvious, the game is set in Trumball Valley once again although it doesn't look like the original characters are in play but I could be wrong. State of Decay 2 is set to release sometime in 2017.
