Square Enix Unveils Shadow of the Tomb Raider

Alright, time to get excited. So, with the Tomb Raider film being released tomorrow, you'd expect some other news regarding the famous heroine, correct? Well, if you haven't, you should. Alongside the debut of the film comes a near little announcement from Square Enix:

Shadow of the Tomb Raider!

Yes indeed, the third chapter in the Tomb Raider reboot series, Shadow of the Tomb Raider, will be releasing September 14, 2018 to Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC simultaneously, unlike before, when the previous two titles remained a timed console-exclusive for the Xbox One.

Referring to Square Enix's announcement, Shadow of the Tomb Raider will be "Lara Croft's defining moment as she becomes the Tomb Raider."

Unfortunately, there is not much else known regarding the title, but we will see a full reveal on April 27. Furthermore, those interested will be able to try out the game at one of three events by simply registering at the Tomb Raider website. Until then, feast your eyes on this reveal trailer:
