Sony Unveils Crash Bandicoot Trilogy Remaster for PS4

Crash Bandicoot is happening. Yes, it's not a reboot or anything, but instead a remaster. However, I can't help but wonder if, since they're original PlayStation titles, that the trilogy will be practically remade from the ground up. How else will a PlayStation 1 title be remastered, really?

Anyway, I'm just personally sort of glad that a new game isn't in the works as a collaborative effort between Sony and Activision, because there's a chance that a new title would fail and leave us with a bad taste in our mouths. So I'm proud to relay that there is currently a Crash Bandicoot, a Crash 2, and a Crash Warped in remaster development.

Personally, I am just so happy that this is happening. We've been waiting for the opportunity, and it has finally come to us. However, it's possible to say that the greatest disappointment of the entire show is that there is no actual footage whatsoever for the game. Ah well, at least we have hope to see the remaster next year. However, if there is no footage and it's pretty much being created from the ground up, then we could wait until 2018. I certainly hope not!
