Remember PlayStation Greatest Hits? You know, the games that enter the hall of fame and become incredibly cheap only after selling 150,000 copies (initially), 250,000 (eventually), 400,000 (during the PlayStation 2 years), and 500,000 (during PlayStation 3 years, and only after 10 months of being on the market).

Well, it's back, but it's being introduced as PlayStation Hits. It's always been a great way to introduce new players to a wonderful selection of PlayStation games, and it's no different with the PlayStation 4. These games, which are priced at $19.99, will be on the PlayStation store and in select retailers in the US and Canada (though Canada's PlayStation Hits games will range in price, starting at $19.99 CAD).

As for packaging, these titles will come in red rather than the typical blue and they will be marked with red banners, which can be a little annoying. Anyway, the program will begin on June 28 in the US, and only select titles will be available in Canada.

What we have to start the lineup with are:
  • Bloodborne
  • Driveclub
  • Infamous: Second Son
  • Killzone: Shadow Falls
  • Little Big Planet 3
  • Ratchet & Clank
  • The Last of Us Remastered
  • Uncharted 4: A Thief's End
  • Battlefield 4
  • DOOM
  • Project Cars
  • Street Fighter V
  • Yakuza Kiwami
  • Yakuza 0
  • Metal Gear Solid V
More PlayStation games will be added to the lineup in the future. Hopefully we will see Horizon Zero Dawn in there soon!
