Who doesnt love a cute little slime monster? Especially when they help you turn a tidy profit? We hope you brushed up on your plort management skills, because Slime Rancher 2 has been officially revealed.

Announced as part of the Xbox / Bethesda E3 showcase, Slime Rancher 2 is a sequel to the popular indie exploration and management game. The trailer shows new lands, new slime variations, and the same Beatrix LeBeau from the original game.

We see all sorts of new changes from the original game. The buildings and equipment sport a new, sleek look, the environments are vibrant and color biomes different from before, and there are new fruits and veggies to grow. We see a number of new Slime variations available to ranch, as well. Some that caught our eyes were bunny, bat, angler fish, and moth/butterfly.

It looks great, and we had a wonderful time playing the original game. We cant wait to dive back into the world of Slime ranching once again.

Slime Rancher 2 will release some time in 2022 on PC and Xbox. It will also be available on Xbox Game Pass on day one.
