The power of friendship and newfound waifus aren't the only things happening at this year's Anime Expo. Lab Zero Games revealed a shot of Skullgirls on a Nintendo Switch.
The popular fighting game released in 2012, and has since become a fan favorite, and widely considered the best indie fighting game in the industry. While it hasn't had a formal announcement, the reveal was posted on Twitter by Atrox Chobatsu, the artist for Lab Zero Games.
This will most likely be based on the 2nd Encore release of the game, which was an enhanced version of the game for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita. It included all DLC characters and levels for the original game, as well as All Play multiplayer lobbies.
Little else is known about this port at this time, though I'm hoping for a single joycon control scheme so that my friends and I can duke it out on one Switch.
