The developer behind games like Trauma Center and Persona, Atlus, has announced a western release date for Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey Redux.

The space RPG originally released in Japan for the Nintendo 3DS on October 26, 2017. English speaking fans of the Shin Megami Tensei series have been anxiously waiting for if the game would come to the States. Now Atlus has announced it will be coming to the U.S. on May 15, 2018, and to Europe on May 18, 2018.

As per usual with western releases, the game will also feature different box art, staring the protagonist, Commander Gore, as well as Jimenez, Zelenin, and Alex.

Nothing will be different about the game, outside of the language being English of course. It's a shame to have to wait so long for it, though I'm happy it's coming to the States at all. Expect it to have a standard price of $39.99.
