I hope you're ready to slam! Shaq has risen from the arcade grave and is back to dunk on some fools. I'm not talking about basketball, not this time. This is about Shaq Fu: A Legend Reborn.

Many of you will recall back in 1994, professional basketball player Shaquille ONeal came out with an arcade-style fighting game of his likeness. The game's awkward controls and the minimal plot made for little longevity, and in time it became a joke. Now the big baller is back with a modern reimagining of the Shaw Fu name.

Instead of Shaq being transported to a mysterious unknown world, he takes to the streets in this now-3D beat-em-up adventure. Grab powerful upgrades, such as the Big D mechanical armor, and participate in alternate game modes.

Little else is known about the game. Though it appears to keep on par with exactly what one might expect out of another Shaq Fu game.

Shaq Fu: A Legend Reborn is being developed by Saber Interactive, and is "coming soon" to Steam, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. See more at the official website.
