Oh hey look--news that has nothing to do with last night’s Game Awards. I know, I’m surprised too, but it’s going to be worth it--because it means a free game! For you! It’s like Christmas in December… or… I guess that just makes it a normal Christmas. Still. Early.

Shadow Complex, Epic Game’s Metroidvania title of… moderate success, it’s getting a shiny new HD remake for the PS4 and Xbox One. While it doesn’t have much in the way of new content, unless you count improved graphics as content, there is something you may be interested to learn--did you know you can get the full game for free?

It’s true! For a limited time, to celebrate the HD Remake, Epic Games has made the PC version free to download over it’s website. It’s the updated version too, so if you have the computer to handle it, you can enjoy the sick new graphics, just like the console plebeians.
