Senran Kagura Shinovi Versus is Now Available on Steam

XSEED Games is hitting a home run again and again with its game strategy. The publisher has been satiating a lot of urges--for instance, it has recently released the localized, original version of Corpse Party for the PC, which I'm still extremely giddy over. And now, they're porting a game from the Vita for the first time to PC. Which game? Senran Kagura, the quite busty 3D brawler. Well, to be exact, the game is Senran Kagura Shinovi Versus, which is now available on Steam. To commemorate the launch, XSEED released a new trailer, which you can check out below:



Anyway, it's important to note that there's a possibility that the game will arrive through other PC distribution platforms and not just Steam, but it's currently being looked into.

The PC port will include the following features:

• All the DLC from the PS Vita version, completely free of charge.
• Crisp and clean HD textures.
• 60fps framerate.

Now what's the best part about all this?

The fact that you can purchase the game currently at 10 percent off the list price of $29.99, 27.99, and £22.99, but it's only for the first week of release.

Now, for those that are curious about the plot or need a recap, Shinovi Versus, returns to the ninja schoolgirls from Senran Kagura Burst and pits them against each other. The rivalry is between students of the Hanzo National Academy and the students of Hebijo Clandestine Girls' Academy, though the latter was moved underground, playing host to a mercenary group named Homura's Crimson Squad. Two new opponents have also appeared: the students from Gessen Girls' Academy and the new generation of Hebijo students. In other words, there are a total of four schools at each others' throats. Oh, and in case you're curious, the game offers full Japanese voice-overs with English subtitles.
