In some much-needed good news, some people are still capable of not being huge jerks.
The not-jerks this time around are Rare and Sea of Thieves, who have teamed up with Stand Up to Cancer, a UK-based charity, to make some swell DLC that will help raise money for a very worthy cause.
There's not much to it: you can pay five bucks either on Steam or on the Microsoft Store to unlock some swag-lookin' sails that will light up the night sky. The sails are nice, but 100 percent of the proceeds from the Microsoft Store (and 75 percent from Steam -- probably less so Valve can take their cut) will go to Stand Up To Cancer and their life-saving operations.
It's cheap, it goes to charity, and the sails look nice. If you find yourself with some spare change this month, why not give it a buy?
