- Yakuza Kiwami
- Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
- Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy
But let's focus on Crash Bandicoot for a moment. It launched to raving reviews and became quite popular. It was what everyone wanted in a remaster.
So players have been predicting/hoping for a launch of a Spyro the Dragon trilogy.
And you know what?
It could be very well coming!
In fact, according to a Kotaku UK report published on Tuesday, the remastered trilogy will be headed by Visceral Games, the team who brought forth Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy. Furthermore, it will be announced in March and is set to release in Q3 2018 (between July and September, though one source suggests that it may launch in September to celebrate Spyro's 20th anniversary).
The Spyro remake will supposedly be treated similarly to the N. Sane Trilogy remake/remaster/remaster plus. The models will be redone, all three Spyro PS1 titles will be packed inside, and it'll have PlayStation 4 Pro support. Furthermore, there is supposedly an exclusivity deal that will last for one year, meaning it will launch to other systems in 2019.
If Crash has the same deal, then we will probably be seeing N. Sane Trilogy really soon.
So, should we discount this rumor? Should we be hyped? Well, we can wait a month for any possibilities of a full-fledged announcement. Until now, here's to hoping!
