Rumor: Atlus May Be Behind a New Project

There's a rumor floating about that developer (and publisher) Atlus, the mastermind behind Persona, is working on a fresh title for the PlayStation 4. This all stems from a recent job posting at the Japanese careers site "Creator's Partner Fellows." According to Gematsu's article:

"A newly under-development PlayStation 4 project. We will tell you of the game's style when you are interviewed.

As for the genre, it is a game that includes action-based battle elements.

'2D concept art production' is the main duty [for this job]."


So why would Atlus be behind it? Well, the employer's location was Setagaya, which happens to be where the developers behind Persona and Shin Megami Tensei are.

The listing has since been removed.
