Here's an indie game that seems a little interesting; well, at least the premise sounds funny. Titled Hypersensitive Bob, players are put into the horrors of a roguelike but in the shoes of someone who is allergic to quite literally everything. Unable to put up with a life of seclusiveness any longer, he steps out, with a modified inhaler called the InhaGun 2000, and ventures out into the dangerous world in order to lead a normal life.
The game features cel-shading with low-poly graphics, roguelike elements, and upgradeable items. Players will only have one button to shoot with, and death means beginning from the top. Vaccine, the currency in Hypersensitive Bob, can also be used not only to heal Bob, but also to purchase a random item out of three that are upgradeable. All items, however, are lost upon death.
Better yet, to add to the strategic factor, you can earn friends and even play as them, though they differ in stats. Careful consideration is key to winning this game. It's not currently finished, but it has received the Greenlight. It is expected to release spring of 2016, though you're more than welcome to check out the demo, located on the official site.
