Release Date for Star Wars: Battlefront Leaks, Set for November

Though we won't see the curtain rising on the announcement of the DICE-developed Star Wars: Battlefront until tomorrow, we still have received an accidental behind-the-stage peek of what to expect. A line in the source code of EA's Star Wars Battlefront: "News and Media" section has revealed the release date for the newest entry in the Battlefront series.



Releasing for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, Star Wars: Battlefront will land on shelves on November 17th, 2015. While it's not an exact confirmation, the date is so concrete that it's difficult to not believe it.

Unfortunately, the particular line of code has since been removed and replaced with, "Immerse yourself in the ultimate Star Wars video game experience with Star Wars Battlefront."



However, we can still be treated to a screenshot that has been unveiled.

We will witness the truth tomorrow at 10:30 AM PDT/1:30 PM EST, during the EA panel at the Star Wars celebration, which began earlier today.
