PlayStation has announced a new PS4 Pro console game bundle with the upcoming Rockstar game, Red Dead Redemption 2. But more than savings have surfaced from this announcement. According to images of the bundle's box, the game will have 32 players and will require a whopping 105GB of hard drive space for the console.
The box lists some standard information on the back, including the ESRB rating, special PS4 content details, and so on. The most notable details are the player size and game capacity.
According to the box, the game supports online multiplayer of 2 to 32 players. We can take this to mean that the Red Dead Online feature will support up to 32 players per server.
The other is the caveat that 105 GB of space is required for the game on the PS4. Nearly all PS4 games require at least some space for installation. Larger games like Fallout 4, Grand Theft Auto, and so on, will require more space than others. Though few take as much of the cake as this one. To compare, the standard PS4 console usually comes with a 500GB hard drive. With about 100 of that for system use, that leaves around 400GB for games. Imagine 25% of that being taken up by one game.
The PS4 Pro bundle in question comes with a 1 TB hard drive, at least, about twice the size of the default PS4 capacity. Users can also use an external hard drive connected Via USB to expand their storage space.
