Sometimes it seems like major video game publishers are trying to squeeze its users dry of every penny they own. While this is normally considered an exaggeration of controversial business practices, the truth might be even worse according to a recent leak.

In Imgur album has recently been circulating showing what appear to be the slides and notes of a presentation. This presentation is pitching how a company can use artificial intelligence both in and out of games to maximize the spending habits of their players, in sickening detail.

The AI uses any and all information about a person to create a discomforting level of demographical detail about them. It will then use this information to target the person at specific times, with specific ad systems. A good example of this is this particular page, with describes how tracking user location can maximize profits.

Now, this was one page about location, which is minuscule compared to the 4 pages they have on audio tracking.

To make things more interesting, Reddit user The_daley discovered that the video game screenshots used in image 3 and 4 are taken from the upcoming EA title, ANTHEM. More specifically, the 5-minute mark of the game's E3 2017 trailer. Compare for yourself below.

Even if this was fake, the level of research into these concepts is almost robotic. It treats humans like products that can be manipulated for max profit.

Currently, this remains an unconfirmed rumor. I will update things as they become known.
