Yes, people are going wild and gaga over the release of Oculus Rift today, but we have to remember we have our "normal" games to talk about. Recall that Halo 5 is soon receiving some free content, thanks to the Ghosts of Meridian update. Developer 343 Industries shared more about the April-oriented update in their latest community post, released three days ago. Beyond what is already known, the new posts states that there are two new armor sets, a legendary Warzone REQ card, a new emblem, and more.
Overall, Ghosts of Meridian will include new weapons, weapon skins, helmets, armor, assassinations, emblems, vehicles, and a new Warzone map "Skirmish at Darkstar," multiplayer adjustments for Warzone and Arena, sandbox and weapon updates, UI updates, Forge improvements, and more. The map itself should prove interesting, as it contains a range of "unique sightlines, flank routers, and cover pieces."
Halo 5 is always seeing constant improvements and changes, so it's assuring to know that people are receiving their money's worth. Oh, and though I haven't played Halo 5, Grifball is seriously making me consider it.
