Razer is Making a Prepaid Debit Card with Built in LEDs

For REAL gamers.

True gamers only do anything the gamer way, with unneeded brand identifications and LEDs. That's why true gamers need the Razer LED prepaid debit card.

This isn't satire, I promise. Gaming electronics manufacturer Razer's financial technology arm, Razer Fintech, has partnered with Visa to produce the Razer Card, a prepaid debit card that offers connectivity with Razer systems, special deals on Razer products, and even a LED indicator when transactions are made. It also features various perks common with credit cards, like cashback reward rates.

Integrated with Razer Pay, a digital payment system, the Razer Card is a numberless physical card that can be used for real-world transactions. If you opt for the premium card, the Razer logo in the corner will glow green with every transaction.

To be even more GAMER, they're limiting the project to only 1337 (the LEET number, getit, hahaha) beta testers in Singapore. The card's performance here will determine if they want to expand the program internationally. So stay tuned.

For more information, visit the official Razer page about it.
