Razer, the leading gaming lifestyle manufacturer in the world just announced a somewhat shocking surprise at CES. The Hyperflux mouse and pad will not only be cordless but require no batteries as well. The idea is that all of the power to the mouse will be through the special mouse pad itself. This is due to the magnetic field that the pad creates to transfer power directly to the companion mouse without the need for any heavy batteries. This is the first time battery-less technology has come to the gaming world and the result is the lightest cordless mouse that we have ever seen.

The mouse that will be the first to feature this technology will be the Razer Mamba which is one of their top of the line gaming mouses and also has the capability to use all 16.8 million color options in the Chroma software using the internal RGB lighting. The pad that will pair with the Mamba is the Razer Firefly. A great mouse pad that allows you to switch from a hard surface or a cloth surface depending on your play style and also featuring the Chroma software capabilities. Both of these exciting new products will be available soon online and in select retailers during Q1 of 2018.
