Rainbow Six Siege Releases Details on Operation Para Bellum

Ubisoft has just released the first details on Season 2 of Year 3, and these details involve a new event named Operation Para Bellum. The new major update for Year 3 will give even more content to players in the form of two new operators and a new map. These Italian operators are both defensive operators to balance out the last two attackers that were released at the beginning of Year 3. The new update will also bring the nineteenth map to the game that will take place on an Italian countryside.

Along with these large content updates, a new gadget for defensive operators, a Clubhouse map buff, and an Echo buff will all be included. One change that might just bring a little less tilt to the those during regular gameplay is a change to how drop shotting is handled. Like many other professionally played games with character picks, a new Pick & Ban system will be added to help teams counter certain strategies that might be used against them.

What is said to be the most competitive map to date and the new updates and operators will be coming on May 19 and May 20 during the Pro League Finals.
