Rainbow Six Siege Patch Notes Released

With only a couple weeks away from a huge patch in the Rainbow Six world people are getting excited to see the two new operators Lion and Finka. What people are forgetting about is what might happen to some current operators in the game. Will your favorite operator be nerfed to oblivion or will the one you despise the most be buffed? Well today is the day that we were given the hard facts.

Ela one of the most powerful operators in the game is going through some big changes, not only will her SMG have increased recoil and a lower damage output but her impact grenades are going to be replaced with a deployable shield! This will change her roaming capabilities quite a bit making her much less effective at roaming and forcing the shotgun option for those that decide to roam. Kapkan will now have impact grenades instead of barbed wire, this is due to his overwhelming amount of tasks during the prep phase. The last operator to go through some changes is Blitz whose speed will be increased and armor decreased both by 1. This is to close the gap faster in an attacking situation. One of the lesser but big changes is that it is now possible to interrupt the reload animation to aim down sights so that you aren't caught reloading in a fire fight.
