Quakecon 2011 pre registration started last night at 7pm CST and is still going strong. The 4 day long LAN is in Dallas, TX. I actually received a frantic phone call from a friend saying "get on it now" and to my surprise the QdQ (Quakecon Done Quick) had already filled up. That is kind of surprising considering its $50 price tag and lack of official t-shirt. This year's event offers multiple packages to get good swag such as autographed posters, t-shirts, mouse pads and more.

The best value however would probably be the $20 pick your own seat package which comes with an official Quaekcon 2011 t-shirt along with RAGE mouse pad. It appears that there are still around 1,300+ spots remaining but I'm sure that will soon dwindle down. So what are you waiting for? Go grab your seat now!
