Sony held its Corporate Strategy Meeting for FC2017, and while they mostly just talked about uninteresting business related topics, we were able to get some pretty mind-blowing statistics about how the PlayStation Network has been doing lately. You can view the entire PDF here

As far as the interesting facts go, for starters, the PlayStation Network as a whole (PS4, PS3, PS Vita) has reached a total of 70 million monthly active players. On top of that, PS Plus had 26.4 million paying players at the end of the last fiscal year. We also learned that Sony will be increasing their efforts with enhancing the appeal and content of the PS Plus in order to grow their subscriber count.

This information will be some good fuel for the console wars to come. If you're a PSN diehard, you might want to jot down these statistics for upcoming debates.
