PS4 will Allow Multiple Accounts to Login at Once

It has recently been revealed that the Playstation 4 will allow up to four accounts to sign in at once, which is good news for those of you who enjoy splitscreen gaming. Some people have responded to this news with questions like "why would anyone need 4 accounts sign in on one console?", and there seems to be a trend in video games ditching support for splitscreen multiplayer.

Having the ability to play with your friends on the same television and console is convenient, and not everyone likes to play online alone. A good amount of gamers chose the Xbox 360 over the PS3 due to the Playstation's lack of splitscreen games, however the PS4 is looking very appealing right now. It appears that Sony has the advantage this time, especially since the Xbox One DRM news.
